He sets up an environment that facilitates discussion; one where everyone can share their opinion in order to encourage discussions with everyone. Michelle knows how to establish a comfortable inquiry environment, and sets clear answers to questions from us in order to encourage positive group interactions. Announces the structure of the lecture before starting the webinar so that every member can have the same expectations.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience. Rose Ann De Luna is very professional- super accommodating and prompt in responding to my requests.

The Six Sigma Master Class program by IMC proved to be very helpful for me in grasping a strong understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Book of Knowledge and Ms. Akhtar was phenomenal in her delivery of the course content. After completing the course, I feel fully equipped to handle Six Sigma Projects. Ms. Aliya has been very helpful in communicating timelines, course critical information and planning towards the successful completion of the program. The IMC service team is well-managed and very professional in their dealings.

The program is very detailed. I was able to go through it and learn for myself. Customer support is great and very supportive. The training was a full Self-learning as I did not enroll in the Online course. But the modules I had and the access to the site given to me was more than helpful for me to learn. I believe the trainers were great at doing their job. I can recommend it to my colleagues.
