LSS project was wonderful and full of learning. Mr. Shashi is an outclass trainer. He encouraged & inspired me throughout the training period. He has strong communication and interpersonal skills. The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data.
