Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

Dr. Said is a very thoughtful trainer who puts a lot of thought into how present the coerce his lessons were engaging and useful, and he was very patient with everyone. Nice experience with and IMC. All instructors are very supportive. The way of teaching and clearing our doubts are appreciable. It is very good program to gain more knowledge in lean six sigma. Mr. Shashi Prakash really he is a greatest facilitator ever I come across in my life.He is such an amazing person with inter personal skills. Ms. Michelle & Sofia are also very cooperative and polite with us and helped lot.
