The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. I believe a wide variety of topics were covered in a detailed manner over the course of the training. This was indeed a great opportunity and experience.
