It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. His practical approach during the sessions gave a great learning experience. Ms. Zeba is very polite and responsive, I would like to thank her for all the support provided until the end. Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. Not to mention, she always checks in and asks how my study and preparation is going, a couple of motivation and encouragement. Dr. Mohamed said (Knowledge For All - KFA ) is the best trainer for lean six sigma belts due to his simple and accessible style and information delivery. The program introduced me to basic information about lean six sigma and the DMAIC methodology, finding the root cause of problems, and sustaining improvement gains.

I have used the video recording and the material which your executive shared, those were very comprehensive and detailed for enhancing my knowledge. I attended the LSSBB training by Rahul which was very helpful. The counsellor Shaza was excellent and very helpful in helping me solve all the questions and challenges.
