Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. Not to mention, she always checks in and asks how my study and preparation is going, a couple of motivation and encouragement. You should give her a bonus for being such a good employee and a partner to your institution. I am planning to take PMP class soon and I would still love to have Hanisha assist me again. I'm fortunate enough that I enrolled for this course with IMC, from day one the discussion were crystal clear and all the questions were answered to ensure that we get a better clarity before enrollment. The program is very comprehensive and structured. The Trainer is very good at clarifying our questions to all of us and he has been so kind and patient to his students, aside from being an expert, he has been humbly and patiently answering all our questions. The Yellow Belt Certification Program is an excellent program run by IMC. It gives the learner a view of what is Six Sigma all about and the way trainers present the program makes it even more easy to learn and grasp the six sigma fundamentals.
