The program has been really helpful and very detailed to cover Lean Six Sigma concepts. I appreciate Shashi for detailing it so well with practical examples, that had not just helped in understanding complex concepts while training but also replicable in real business problems. Surbhi has been extensively helpful to address any issues and concerns during the course. She has been prompt to respond on messages throughout the journey, which made the learning journey with IMC even more convenient. Michelle has been helpful so far to connect and liase with any issues.

The program is very useful for those who want to improve work Regarding the Trainer Very helpful and kind. Counsellor is skilled in the field and is very keen in communicating information to all trainees.

Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!

LGBSS course is informative and Course material and instructions were so good . Training is so lively with best Trainers and current Industrial examples. Counsellor is ready to help any time. Service team is Customer centric, particularly my Service Manager Suryansh has helped in every step whether it is small or big, he is ready to help.

The trainers did a great effort, overall the records was helpful and adding more than one record with different trainers was really great and appreciated. The counselor Ms. Zeba was really great and very helpful she was always available for providing help and support just as quickly as within minutes or even less which gave me a positive perspective about the institute commitment towards the students.
