The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

It's a wonderful privilege to enroll in the programs of International Management Consultancy (IMC) and successfully finish them. Consequently, I am honored to pass the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt exam and earned the title LSSMBB, the highest title in the Lean Six Sigma hierarchy.
