Mr. Shahi is very knowledgeable, and diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focus on the theoretical concepts, but also cited real-world examples to remember the significant points easily. Ms. Vai is very patient and professional. She is very accommodating when it comes to questions and clarifications regarding the program.

I am one of the lucky ones that got the chance to attend the LSSBB Certification Course. The training was absolutely superb and I genuinely enjoyed each and every moment of it. The content was indeed challenging though extremely informative and incredibly useful. I have attended several trainings before but I can't recall any of them having such a strong impact. I attended the Virtual Classroom Training of Mr. Shashi. I really appreciate the flexibility of having the virtual classroom option open. It took me a while to find IMC and really grateful for Ms. Rose De Luna as she answered many of my questions when I decided to invest in my personal learning through this course. The IMC Team has been very responsive in answering my queries. The online platform is also great - In the virtual classroom setup, I have access not only to 1 class but multiple classes, (pre-recorded from start to finish). All materials were also shared up-front which assisted my learning regardless of timezone. As a working professional, this is really flexible :) I could finish this course thanks to the IMC team that reached out and gave me the nudge I needed. I was swamped at work and lost the motivation to keep going, but the way I receive little reminders via email, really put me back on track. The IMC team has been very responsive to my queries. Overall, great experience!
