I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt. Glad I pursued and I am grateful for this opportunity. Hope I can take Greenbelt soon! Counselors were very accommodating and just one chat away. They made sure all my concerns were attended to and acted right away.

This is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enroll for the Master Black belt and TQM training in advance when I had yet to complete the Black Belt certification. She knows the art of convincing professionals to enroll in the IMC courses. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. Sashi sir is amazing, the way he teaches in a such a practical manner is really worth applauding. I had all the help whenever required, and faced no difficulty. Vanshika did a great help and solved every query in no time.

The trainer Rohit Virmani was excellent he also provided very good content. His training style was fantastic and he was very patient as well. The training coordinator Kritika is very good, very prompt and provides all required information - one improvement note - please provide training material in advance of the virtual training start date to enable us to prepare while we are undergoing training and improve coordinator between different departments.
