The program and trainer are both very effective and efficient. Ms. Rose and Ms. Michelle have been both very helpful, respectful, and kind despite my consistent queries, frequent clarifications, and requests for assistance. Everyone was so helpful, services were efficient. The service Team tried their best to bridge the distance in terms of geography and in terms of online learning. good job IMC!

The program was full of information. The coach was more than wonderful. was the most prominent man in this program. A cooperative group that facilitated the trainees to communicate with the Institute.

I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. Mr Shashi is a very passionate and patient teacher. Thanks a lot for helping me to get certified in Lean Six Sigma. Soumya Verma was very helpful in the process of onboarding in the trainings and clear communication during the training days also continued till the end of the final examination. The programme was excellent and Mr. Pankaj Chauhan processes good knowledge of six sigma and is good at explaining all subject matter in a good and precise manner and had given good examples to clear the queries during the session. Ms. Vanshika is excellent to explain the contents of the course and is very helpful at any stage till the completion of the exam.

The Trainer is an excellent guide and has helped in resolving all the queries, very informative sessions. Ms. Sofia very helpful and transparent, was taking feedback during the course to ensure if the candidate is satisfied with the course or does need assistance.

The program helps me a lot in my work, especially in thinking of ways on how to improve our process. Customer support is very commendable, Rose is very accommodating in all of my queries. Trainer from IMC is very excellent too, he gave us examples from his own experiences. I suggest you could give students more comprehensible handouts/modules of the lessons.
