I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. The trainer is patient in answering all of my questions. the training timeline was followed, and very efficient in time and effective. I'm no words for Arfa she has been great before I even enrolled in the course. she even replies to my queries even in the middle of the night. She deserves commendation and anything that will lift her ego up. Michelle Oronan is timely in sending the materials.
