The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience. Learning in the time of pandemic and self-development is necessary for us to be trained and be exposed in applying six sigma methodology to eliminate defects and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of resources and attain maximum profits. This doesn't only help me in my role as an operations manager but will help me understand the world, its people, and everything else that exists.
