Rose is very helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns and she has been consistently prompt in her responses while maintaining a very friendly interaction.

I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team.
