Thanks for the informative session provided by trainers for the LSSGB and PMP. Special Thanks for Ms. Rose who promptly replied to all my queries at any time of the day. Time bound, highly qualified trainers, excellent study materials, very elaborative and descriptive session who always encouraged our involvement, encouraged for asking questions. Feed back to counsellor: Prompt response, guided and clarified all queries with full information at any time of the day.

The program was very useful and relevant not only in aiding my professional competency/career but also to my personal outlook in life. The trainer was very accommodating, has indeed a subject matter expert with regards to her presentation and training materials, detailed oriented that makes every attendee understood. Indeed they are fitted very well and indeed best counselor and trainer. They both knowledgeable and equip with expertise regarding the subject matter. Kudos to you guys for a job well done.

I was always scared to learn six sigma because of the statical part. But Mr. Shashi made the learning such fun and easy that I was so confident while giving the black belt exam. Archi was very helpful and responsive. The service team are very quick and action oriented.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

Ms. Akhter Jahan Khan is a very nice and expert trainer for Six sigma. Her professional experience, methodology and teaching standard is the very beneficial to all the new to senior level students and learners she always defines all the modules with comprehensive classifications and she always supports us in all the difficulties and concept clearing. Ms. Surbhi is a very sincere, active and cooperative counsellor. she always supports me to understand what is the IMC certification worth in the international market and what are the mission, vision and goals of the IMC institute. I am very thankful to the whole staff, management and trainers to support me at every step. I always received a prompt response from the Services and facilitation.

I can see real improvement of some factors attributed to my learning and additional professional skills acquired with IMC Learning program. I Really appreciate the support given by Michelle that I have come on leaps and bounds throughout the way in every course I have completed. My impression with IMC and their support group ability to provide high attention to detail, without compromising the hopes and optimism value.
