The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.

The program(LSSYB) was awesome, even it was a basic & a first step toward bigger one; still learned so much here. The trainer Rohit Virmani did a great job.
