Program: It is very nicely compiled course which is applicable for any business as a whole or even for individuals facing day to day issues during work. Dr. Mohamed Saeid (KFA) is the best trainer in the six sigma courses, due to his distinguished and simplified style. This course helped me in qualifying as a team leader and the important skills for supervision and work to measure and analyse the problems and find root causes.

The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next.
