The program(LSSYB) was awesome, even it was a basic & a first step toward bigger one; still learned so much here. The trainer Rohit Virmani did a great job. The session was of 5 hour, still it slided like a fine butter. "Mr Rohit you are the best". Miss Zeba was my counselor & she helped me a lot in every step. Via whatsapp, call or mails. Even on weekend she was there, when I raised my hand for help. A big Thank you to the Service Team too.

Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

Highly knowledgeable and in-depth course material and trainer taught it in a very professional way. In my opinion, I have got the best counsellor. She guided me always and ask about whether I am enjoying the course and understanding it properly. She is an amazing human and too professional. Though I have not interacted a lot they are the best.

Mr. Lislal is very knowledgeable in the subject area and also accommodating to queries and clarifications. Ms. Rose, is easy to communicate with and very attentive to my concerns. The Service Team is good.

I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. It is an amazing program, very well explained with easy to understand examples. All the counsellors and team are very supportive and helpful.
