The program was well-structured and provided a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts. Mr. Debasish Mukherjee was very skilled and experienced. Materials were easy to understand and interactive sessions and group exercises helped in better understanding the concepts. The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization. My counselor is Ms. Rose, she is quick to respond to my queries and request regarding the issues I encounter in the program (e.g. schedule and exam).
