Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.

I was always scared to learn six sigma because of the statical part. But Mr. Shashi made the learning such fun and easy that I was so confident while giving the black belt exam. Archi was very helpful and responsive. The service team are very quick and action oriented.

The overall context of the course is well structured. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber.
