Very powerful session and the Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash explained everything in an easy way. Ms. Sampada explained and provide information with good study content. The program was prepared well that made us to know about the basic essential course in the lean six sigma which will prepare us for its next levels. However, the trainer had an excellent method to explain and deliver the content of the course that made us to know much about the course.

Ms. Akhter Jahan Khan is a very nice and expert trainer for Six sigma. Her professional experience, methodology and teaching standard is the very beneficial to all the new to senior level students and learners she always defines all the modules with comprehensive classifications and she always supports us in all the difficulties and concept clearing. Ms. Surbhi is a very sincere, active and cooperative counsellor. she always supports me to understand what is the IMC certification worth in the international market and what are the mission, vision and goals of the IMC institute. I am very thankful to the whole staff, management and trainers to support me at every step. I always received a prompt response from the Services and facilitation.

First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

Mr Shashi is very detailed and never leaves a topic until everyone in the class understands the topic. Im truly impressed by his expertise on the lessons. I also genuinely enjoyed each class as he relates the ideas in the simplest examples to which we can relate and understand. The LSSGB program is really informative and useful for all kinds of industries. Rose has been the best support I can ever ask for. From enrollment up to the day I passes the exam. She's readily available to answer all my queries despite the difference in our time zones.

The entire program is competitive and challenging yet very informative and worth it. I chose the self-paced to ensure that I will be able to manage my time properly. Material wise, it is excellent because everything that I need is available. The trainers are well verse with their craft. They are entertain and answer question that can be easily understood. Ms. Rose is always welcoming and I commend her for taking the time to always answer my inquiries whether it is about the course, the certificate and other related things.
