I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization. My counselor is Ms. Rose, she is quick to respond to my queries and request regarding the issues I encounter in the program (e.g. schedule and exam).

Learnt a lot from the program. The faculty was very knowledgeable. He was very understanding and maintained a very decent pace. Communication was very clear. Good course overall. Ms. Ashmeen was always available for support as we normally have a very hectic schedule and was finding it very difficult to balance and work and academics. She was there to guide me whenever I faced any issues. Fortunate to have such a good counsellor to help me in this process of certification. Great efforts by the Service Team.

The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The course provides reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, I have easy and accessible references that I can review for future actual applications. A very big thanks to the instructors, Mr. Shiven and Shashi, for an amazing experience who are competent and well-mannered presentation of the LSSGB course. My Counsellor Rose Ann de Luna is very helpful and approachable person. She quickly replies to all of my queries. I could have not taken the LSSGB without her dedication and passionate approach on persuading me to take the course.

I'm so grateful for the opportunity to do this training. I will be able to learn many things about the six sigma training and if you want to understand the concept that will help you solve the problem. Thank you!

Mr Shashi is a great communicator and trainer. Much appreciated. Mr. Vipul Sharma is an excellent person and has been very cooperative with my issues and queries and has made me build trust in IMC. It would be great if the course material provided is a short and crisp.
