Program is very informative and helpful along the e-learning process. I get to know the topics easily because of a learning friendly videos and handouts. Trainer was very versatile and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Counsellor was very attentive on questions asked and get to know your progress from time to time.

Thanks to IMC and to the trainers for making the Green Belt and Black Belt training possible and accessible for self paced working professionals through the e-learning program. Complementary classes are commendable for giving an opportunity to attend live classes and to collaborate with trainers and co-trainees. It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. It is a good program and Mr. Shashi Prakash, lecture delivery style is so very nice and also he is very supporting Ms. Aylia is a very supportive person, she supports me at every step, very thanks to you IMC Service Team works very well, they upload lectures and videos on time, and if I any have queries they respond quickly.

The training includes both theoretical and technical, they will show you how it is done in real life work, also set example for each step. The trainer was able to discuss the topics in the master class in a Layman's Terms. Hoping to get Blackbelt once I am finished with the Master Class. Ms. Rose is very helpful with regard to your inquiries and problems. She was able to guide me throughout the different training sessions. The service team was able to provide us the tools and notes that we may need upon request. Keep up the good work.
