The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

The entire Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course was very instrumental in gaining a learning edge and enhancing my career opportunities. The training was very good and topics were explained in a very lucid manner. Methodology adopted by trainer - whatsapp group, LinkedIn posted questions to understand if the topic has been understood or not was very nice. The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help.
