Very informative program, easy to understand the complimentary classes. Also provided with the vedio recording of the previous classes, add value to the program. We are provided with all support to understand the various terminologies in Lean Six Sigma to enable us to master the same.Sofia assisted through the watsup chat of the IMC's official number, to resolve the issue with the technical issue had while taking course.

It was good, concise, and structured. It was a bit rushed though and some topics needed more context and discussions to really learn the methodology. Also, more practical applications and relationship to corporate setting will make the program really great. Nevertheless, it was worth the time. Zeba was very professional, engaging, encouraging, and always ready to help. She is amazing!

The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt.
