Very well planned and executed, trainer was very composed, patiently explained every concept Michelle is very good and timely response on all queries and clarifications asked, very supportive. Suryansh is very good in every supportive aspects, very prompt in every queries and clarifications asked.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

It was an excellent training session which has given greater learning in a short time. Ms. Akter has given excellent sessions with simple examples and it made us understand the concepts more easily. My counsellor was good. The service team of IMC is excellent and immediately available for any assistance. This program is a unique blend of concept building to the applicability of Six sigma in the corporate world. Our trainer was amazing who has in-depth knowledge and was eager and ready to clear up our real-life corporate problems. In fact, it was great learning, which gave us better insights to identify and resolve quality and production related issues. Surabhi is a wonderful person.
