The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

I am happy to share that I have been certified by IMC Institute as a Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt. The Program consists of 19 videos conducted by two well-known faculties in this field. Besides, the Mock test and various course materials provided by the Institute were really helpful to complete this course. I am so glad to complete the course and finished the final assessment on my first attempt. It equipped me with amazing new skills in Lean Principles, Testing, Analyses, Hypothesis, Process, and DFSS Tools.
