Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.

I really want to appreciate and thank Pankaj sir and Shashi sir for being such wonderful teachers…. The way they were interacting with the students, the way of teaching, making the learning so interesting and explaining everything was excellent. Ms. Ruby my Counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful. Mr. Suryansh. He is just amazing.

The training was detailed and direct to the point. Engagement with the student is very much felt. I love how they apply practical examples to the scenarios and explain the concepts in a way that everyone can understand. Rose is very professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable about all the programs. She is quick to respond to my questions and very approachable. I would recommend her 110% to my colleagues because she is the BEST!

The training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. All classes are being conducted as per schedule. Special thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash sir who has given everything to us in classroom training as well as in telephonic mode. He cleared all my doubts and queries when I approached to him virtually. I give a big thanks to Mr. Somya verma, she always available for us. He is for any type of support and help. Thanks, Michelle, for timely sharing all the training materials.
