It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. His practical approach during the sessions gave a great learning experience. Ms. Zeba is very polite and responsive, I would like to thank her for all the support provided until the end. Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from. Regarding, the trainer Dr. Debasish, he's a good instructor with deep information about the lean six sigma course, he has a good way of explaining the lectures, and I learned from him a lot. Mr. Vijil is a very professional counsellor and has great communication skills, problem solving, and management skills. I appreciated his support even on his vacation he was answering my inquiries and solving them, and the way dealing with the clients is great. Good team!
