The program was well organized. The lectures, recordings, and other supplemental materials given by Mr. Shashi guided me in making the study experience easier. Kudos to Mr. Shashi for handling the class with composure. He patiently answer all the questions in the class and never hesitated to share all his knowledge. Rose was responsive and helpful.

Very informative, often information is incomplete and hard to understand but helped get to the point/ goal. My counselor is Ms. Zeba, she is very helpful and patient, I may not have been able to pass because of this. I am very thankful! I recommend her fully.

The program is comprehensive for those who want to learn about lean six sigma. Sufficient materials are provided for learning. The trainer is proficient and expert in training and teaching the program. Zeba is good communicator.

It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works. It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. His practical approach during the sessions gave a great learning experience. Ms. Zeba is very polite and responsive, I would like to thank her for all the support provided until the end.
