Thank you for a great course. Great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative course. This has more than met my expectations. A wonderfully practical course - both personally and professionally. I will take away lots of things that I can quickly and easily apply. The program helps me a lot in my work, especially in thinking of ways on how to improve our process. Customer support is very commendable, Rose is very accommodating in all of my queries. Trainer from IMC is very excellent too, he gave us examples from his own experiences. I suggest you could give students more comprehensible handouts/modules of the lessons.

The trainer good and the length of the lecture was acceptable. The pacing of the lecture is great, especially for those who are just starting their careers with LSS methodology. Service team support is good. I had issues during Mock test enrollment with delayed approval to start. However, final assessment was opened immediately upon request.

The Program is Designed to help working Professionals an extra edge in their careers and to help their decision makings a different perspective of lean concepts and a Sigma level of confidence. The Trainer, Mr. Shashi Prakash is a Master and the subject knowledge is exceptional. His way of explaining the concepts with real world scenarios and his vast practical experience from his own projects helps us grasp the Program much easier. My counsellor Ms. Surbhi was awesomely supportive in all the stages of the program and her warmth of welcome and follow ups during the entire course completion makes IMC worth advisable. The Support Team as well played their part in the successful completion of Green Belt and Black Belt Certifications.

The program is very detailed and though the classes are of 3 hours our trainer Miss Akhter never lets us feel bored. She is great and hoping to get more courses from her. Noor is active and very supportive, and the best part was she shared her WhatsApp details because of which communication got a lot easier rather than communicating via email. It is she who motivated me for the Lean Six Sigma certification. The service Team is good.
