Special thanks to our trainer Mr. Debasish Mukherjee for clearly imparting his knowledge on the concepts of Lean Six Sigma in a simplified and easy to understand manner. The content was organized in a very methodical way, and focused on all the important concepts of Lean Six Sigma. Mr Shashi is very detailed and never leaves a topic until everyone in the class understands the topic. Im truly impressed by his expertise on the lessons. I also genuinely enjoyed each class as he relates the ideas in the simplest examples to which we can relate and understand. Program is concise and very clearly instructed. Good introduction, but there are topics that were not covered or discussed thoroughly. Rose, my Counsellor is very good, her lectures are clear and points are well-demonstrated with understandable examples.
