The trainer is very knowledgeable about the LSS program and he ensures that we understood each topic discussed thus I learned a lot from him. Vaibhav and Sofia both of them were very accommodating to my queries.

The program is fit for a self paced learners like me. Because of the nature of my work in the manufacturing, the program gave a very flexible time to learn all the concepts as well as its application. The program is very interactive and very practical. My journey through six sigma from white to green belt provided me with the knowledge and the technical skills needed to excel drastically in my career from mid-level management to top-level management. Acquiring my black belt sealed my position to be part of the executive team and moving forward, by acquiring my Master Black Belt with IMC, I am more confident than ever to spearhead value creation and profit maximization for all the organizations I am connected with, advocating and championing innovation and continuous improvement. I'm looking forward to enrolling in other training programs with IMC.

The overall context of the course is well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. Ms. Mishelle is very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.
