Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable in LSS & his approach to imparting knowledge is helpful in grasping the imparted information, He answers every question almost immediately & patiently. Ms. Surbhi was very helpful throughout, she is very patient and reverts almost immediately to any queries.

The trainers did a great effort, overall the records was helpful and adding more than one record with different trainers was really great and appreciated. The counselor Ms. Zeba was really great and very helpful she was always available for providing help and support just as quickly as within minutes or even less which gave me a positive perspective about the institute commitment towards the students. The training includes both theoretical and technical, they will show you how it is done in real life work, also set example for each step. The trainer was able to discuss the topics in the master class in a Layman's Terms. Hoping to get Blackbelt once I am finished with the Master Class. Ms. Rose is very helpful with regard to your inquiries and problems. She was able to guide me throughout the different training sessions. The service team was able to provide us the tools and notes that we may need upon request. Keep up the good work.

Mr. Lislal is an amazing mentor. Every time he goes to the ground level of the topic for better understanding and comprehension. His way of mentoring is very advance yet effective. He tries to resolve almost all query of the candidates. I am more than thankful to Ms. Arfa Shaheen who introduced me to this course. She never hesitated to provide any information related to the course. You all will think that I might be exaggerating but believe me it is true that IMC team responds to every query of student within minutes. They don’t let any of the candidate’s problem unresolved.
