Overall, I found the program to be highly informative and beneficial to my professional development. The program's content was comprehensive and covered all the essential aspects of ISO 9001:2015. The material was well-structured, and the modules were logically organized, making it easy to follow the flow of information. Program: It is very nicely compiled course which is applicable for any business as a whole or even for individuals facing day to day issues during work. Trainer: Mr. Shashi himself has great knowledge about the subject. With simple examples during the classes subject became more interactive and interesting. Michelle supported me throughout the course. Service team has done a great job by compiling this latest and elaborate course and provided all recordings and other materials on time.

I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Gladly, I was shared other recordings and further materials which I was able to maximize. Thank you for the consideration, IMC! The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

Program is overall nice, very valuable & informative at the same time. My cousellor Zeba helped me a lot in every stage. Whenever, I needed any assistance , she was there with all info. Service Team is very supportive.
