Our Trainer Mr. Shashi is evidently a master of his trade, a well experienced LSS practitioner who was open to sharing practical lessons during the program. I was always skeptical about opting for six sigma, but thanks to IMC and their professional trainers learning six sigma was like a walk in the park. I was able to clear the exams without any hassle. The program is very comprehensive and structured. I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques.
