The program is very straight forward and it tackles all the necessary items flawlessly The E-learning system is easy to follow and read through. The service team provides good support and the turnaround time for answering questions is very short.

I was always skeptical about opting for six sigma, but thanks to IMC and their professional trainers learning six sigma was like a walk in the park. I was able to clear the exams without any hassle. The program was superb and everything is properly defined and provided by the institute Mr. Shashi is the master and he is know how to deliver the thing fluently. Frixie Ana Claudia Credo and Zainab are very cooperative and helped and guided me in every phase of the course.

I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt. Glad I pursued and I am grateful for this opportunity. Hope I can take Greenbelt soon! Counselors were very accommodating and just one chat away. They made sure all my concerns were attended to and acted right away.

Classes are really effective. Trainers are really coaching well on the concepts and ensuring to clear doubts relating to respective Industry scenarios. Really keeping an eye on monitoring the classes and ensuring that all study materials are available on time. Really helpful in guiding and achieving the certification part.
