The instructor knew what she was teaching and during the lecture, she gave us some real-world problems related to Lean Six Sigma. Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us.
