The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience. Rose Ann De Luna is very professional- super accommodating and prompt in responding to my requests.

My overall program (Green and Black Belt) with IMC was really great, It was a learning opportunity someone must not miss for not only IMC has a wonderful program, but also has competent Trainers that will help and guide you all the way to learn the principles of Lean Six Sigma. As for the trainer, Mr. Abhishek (Green Belt) and Mr. Shashi (Black Belt) were really a great trainer, they exquisitely elaborate each topic and provided us with good practical examples. They not only taught us the principles of Lean Six Sigma but also taught us on how to apply it in our workplace. Lastly, I am really grateful that I was given a chance to learn Lean Six Sigma at IMC. Ms. Rose was really a wonderful counsellor, she's always responsive and provides assistance at all times. She really helped me all throughout the course of my learning (Green and Black Belt) on IMC. She never missed any inquiries I raised to her, thus delivered quick solutions. I really appreciate all of her help from the day I enroll until my final assessment on both courses.

Thanking the trainer for the great training course, it was a great presentation and was given lots of opportunities to interact and ask questions, a lot of knowledge and information tackled for PMP practical exam. Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.
