The program is so understandable by Dr. Said. Zeba is conducting the IMC very well. She is able to solve all problems in fast pace and their customer satisfaction is first. They are very helpful and very fast to fix any issues. I like their services.

The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. Special thanks to the trainer Dr. Mohammad, who is very knowledgeable of lean six sigma classes and topics. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. It was really an awesome journey despite having work and busy. I take interest in reading the six sigma for dummies it widens my knowledge of the techniques that I can apply not just at work but also in real-life situations. The support was really accommodating and I'm really happy about it. It was a life-changing pace for me since this is my first time taking this course and so excited for the next journey in my life.

Mr. Fasi was wonderful. He knew the topics well and lets the students participate in the lectures. He also addresses questions and inquiries for specified business sectors. Ms. Rose is always available for my needs and always accommodating my inquiries. The Service Team is always there to provide the information needed by the class.

I believe a wide variety of topics were covered in a detailed manner over the course of the training. This was indeed a great opportunity and experience. Mr. Shashi Prakash was excellent with great communication skills and was really prompt in clearing all the doubts and confusions. This program helped me improve how I analyze data in a more statistical way using minitab which will be handy for other future projects that I will manage. Ms. Zeba Fatima is very helpful and very responsive when I have clarification about the program.

The counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.
