The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. Learning the Lean Six Sigma methodology is not an easy feat yet with the help of the well organized and simplified training materials, handbooks, trainer notes, simulations, case studies and training videos provided by IMC Institute Consultancy Services to their students make the learning process easier and exciting for each belt.
