Mr. Shashi Prakash is a great trainer for the LSSBB class organized by the IMC institute. He is absolutely knowledgeable and has great experience in the field. Always open to answer questions and clear everyone's doubts. The whole IMC team and my counsellor Ms. Archi Saini has been really helpful from the beginning of the course till the end. I recommend anyone who wishes to learn about Lean Six Sigma and PMP to get their their certification from the IMC institute. Online session was convenient and easy to learn through. Lucky to have Zeba Fatima as my counsellor, Very great attitude and have briefed me regarding the course much in detailed. The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support.
