Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.

I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!

I can see real improvement of some factors attributed to my learning and additional professional skills acquired with IMC Learning program. I Really appreciate the support given by Michelle that I have come on leaps and bounds throughout the way in every course I have completed. The program and trainer are both very effective and efficient. Ms. Rose and Ms. Michelle have been both very helpful, respectful, and kind despite my consistent queries, frequent clarifications, and requests for assistance. IMC has conducted the complete training program online and on-site very efficiently letting students grasp the full depth of the subject. Mr. Shashi teaches very patiently and makes sure every student understands the concept.
