My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!

The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help.
