The trainer good and the length of the lecture was acceptable. The pacing of the lecture is great, especially for those who are just starting their careers with LSS methodology. Service team support is good. I had issues during Mock test enrollment with delayed approval to start. However, final assessment was opened immediately upon request.

The training was detailed and direct to the point. Engagement with the student is very much felt. I love how they apply practical examples to the scenarios and explain the concepts in a way that everyone can understand. Rose is very professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable about all the programs. She is quick to respond to my questions and very approachable. The Program is Designed to help working Professionals an extra edge in their careers and to help their decision makings a different perspective of lean concepts and a Sigma level of confidence. The Trainer, Mr. Shashi Prakash is a Master and the subject knowledge is exceptional. His way of explaining the concepts with real world scenarios and his vast practical experience from his own projects helps us grasp the Program much easier. My counsellor Ms. Surbhi was awesomely supportive in all the stages of the program and her warmth of welcome and follow ups during the entire course completion makes IMC worth advisable.
