A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.

I have enjoyed and definitely learned a lot from the set of course program and the flow of each lessons being tackled by the trainers. The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding.
