The trainer was great and whatever he explained he explained in a very informative and detailed manner it was easy for me to learn too. Surbhi Tiwari is one of the most humble human i have came across, always response and always helps in times of need and very easy to contact too. She helps out in every way possible and i believe she is and will be a great asset to the IMC team. And the Service team is very quick and very cooperative in all the steps and simple through out the entire process.

It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works. First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

I never in my wildest dream thought I will be certified but now thanks to IMC. I'm a proud certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt truly its a priceless experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life . I'm very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future. I also want to give my thanks to my friends, colleagues and specially my family and my loving wife who supported me and motivate me in this journey.
