The training was very good and topics were explained in a very lucid manner. Methodology adopted by trainer - whatsapp group, LinkedIn posted questions to understand if the topic has been understood or not was very nice. I would like to thank Sofia Ma'am for helping me out and understanding my concerns during the hour of need and thereby allowing me to complete my training with IMC.

Mr. Shashi was very knowledgeable and clear when discussing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. It was a great opportunity to learn from the best. Thank you for the knowledge you have given me. Surbhi Tiwari support as a Counsellor very useful to me. Whenever i contact her very supportive and explain everything very clearly, The way of talking and explain everything is very Impressive if i will continue in future other Courses with IMC. I will surely contact her. Very supportive in Everything. I had a problem and was quickly contacted by the Michelle and the service team and it was resolved. A big Thank you to the Service Team too.

The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.

Ive learnt alot and learning everyday and greatful for the knowledge imparted by Mr. Shashi. Surbhi my Counsellor is amazing, and thankful indeed to the Service Team.

This training just happened to come at the right time for me in my career. Thanks, IMC & Ms. Akther, Ms. Ashmeen was very welcoming and understanding and did a good job of creating that safe space for me. I feel so affirmed while also being challenged. I love my counselor's interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. The service team provided fantastic support and very helping hands.

The entire program and training are very encouraging and suitable for the anyone who takes it. Suggestion to have a simple exam on every trainer. The counsellor, Rose, is very accommodating and can be easily reached.
