The program and trainer are both very effective and efficient. Ms. Rose and Ms. Michelle have been both very helpful, respectful, and kind despite my consistent queries, frequent clarifications, and requests for assistance. Everyone was so helpful, services were efficient. The service Team tried their best to bridge the distance in terms of geography and in terms of online learning. good job IMC!

The Program is Designed to help working Professionals an extra edge in their careers and to help their decision makings a different perspective of lean concepts and a Sigma level of confidence. The Trainer, Mr. Shashi Prakash is a Master and the subject knowledge is exceptional. His way of explaining the concepts with real world scenarios and his vast practical experience from his own projects helps us grasp the Program much easier. My counsellor Ms. Surbhi was awesomely supportive in all the stages of the program and her warmth of welcome and follow ups during the entire course completion makes IMC worth advisable. The Support Team as well played their part in the successful completion of Green Belt and Black Belt Certifications.

Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. Keep up the good work.

It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. His practical approach during the sessions gave a great learning experience. Ms. Zeba is very polite and responsive, I would like to thank her for all the support provided until the end. I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.

It was very well designed with real scenarios and was intuitive. The Trainer Ms. Akhter Jahan Khan's presentation on the subject was marvellous. Right from the beginning, the counsellor very professionally explained the course and its market value. The Service Team is very supportive throughout the training program.
