The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

A valuable program and Mr. Shashi is a fantastic trainer. This knowledge will surely help us a lot in the future. My hearty thanks to Zeeba for making me take up this course. The Service Team was excellent.

I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. I also would like to commend Michelle, she assisted in all of my classes, very patient and dedicated. Kudos to both of you, Rose and Michelle! Cheers!

I cannot thank you enough for the suggested reading and for thought provoking sessions. Aliya my counsellor was very welcoming and understanding. She did a great job of creating that space for me. I feel so affirmed while also being challenged I love my counsellor interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. I must say a fantastic organization. The service is smooth and straightforward. Every step taken by them was according to the need of course. Excellent management.
